Our product can be customised according to the needs of the customer and has various interfaces and extension options. It allows individualised solutions to resolve bottlenecks in various work environments, such as housing service units and in home care services.

Product packages

Three different Fastroi Real-Time Care™ product package options are available for customers to choose from. The various packages have different characteristics and extension options.

Fastroi Real-Time Care™ Silver is the basic ERP package which includes the Real-Time Care™ system and user training. Some interfaces can be added to the package for an extra fee.

Fastroi Real-Time Care™ Gold is a more versatile package. In addition to the basic properties, it includes work shift planning and invoicing. The package also includes the Fastroi Real-Time Care™ mobile application which enables making electronic entries offline. Various interfaces can be added to the package for an extra fee.

Fastroi Real-Time Care™ Platinum is our most extensive and comprehensive package. In addition to the versatile functionalities, our technical support offers longer service hours for. The mobile application included in the package automatically includes all mobile functionalities of Fastroi Real-Time Care™, such as the driving log. Fastroi Real-Time Care™ Platinum can be adapted to meet very specific needs, by including, patient data archives for example, or an application for communications with a customer’s family members.
