Care Show Preparations in Full Swing
We are delighted, once again, to be attending the Care Show in Birmingham this year. The event will be held on the 9th & 10th October at the NEC and promises to be another busy exhibition filled with a packed seminar schedule, a wide variety of exhibitors and a huge number of visitors for us to talk with.
Another Chance to Talk
As with every exhibition or event that Fastroi attend, the Care Show gives us a fresh opportunity to introduce ourselves to the UK market. We have spent many years in our home country of Finland developing close links with partners and customers in order to develop a solution that has become the market leader there. We have worked with care home providers, local municipalities, large cities and domiciliary care providers alike and one thing that we have learned, is that providing care management software is all about tailoring our offering to match the needs of the customer, whether they are a single home care company or the largest cities in the country. As you would expect, each customer has its own unique set of needs and we have worked with them to develop a solution that meets those needs. This cooperation culminates in our annual customer days where we bring all of our customers and partners together in one place. The latest event took place recently in the city of Tampere and it gave us the chance to not only provide further training and education to our customers and to listen to their feedback, but it also gave all of the customers, partners the chance to discuss their experiences of using Real-Time Care™ and to help create the vision for where RTC is heading in terms of development.
See You in Birmingham
This is one of the reasons for us attending such shows as the Care Show. Not only does it give us a chance to talk about RTC to a new audience, but it also gives us a chance to hear what people are saying in the industry. What are the problems they are facing? How are they different from the problems care providers in Finland face, and most importantly, how can we continue to develop our product so that it meets the needs of all care providers regardless of their size.
So whether you represent a large private care organisation, a regional care authority or you are running your own small scale service, come along to the Fastroi stand (K21) and have a chat with us and find out how we can help.
See you there!
